Welcome the gentle turning of the season with a unique Restorative Yoga practice followed by a nourishing 5-course meal. We are pleased to invite you to an evening devoted to replenishment, balance, and steady renewal.

Guided by Krystina Zeroual, the first part of the evening will begin in Innocere’s yoga Tere room. Restorative yoga is a nourishing, meditative style of Yoga designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into deep rest. Poses are held for longer periods and fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to soften without effort and release tension gradually.

Aligned with the Spring Equinox—a moment of balance between light and dark—this class will honor the Wood element, connected to growth and expansion. As nature begins to rise from the earth, we’ll cultivate both softness and quiet strength, creating space in the body for fresh energy to move freely. Through supported postures, mindful breathing, and stillness, you’ll be invited to clear stagnation and welcome a sense of direction and possibility.

This grounding restorative practice will prepare you to transition with ease into a thoughtfully prepared meal at café Tere, cooked by two creative cheffes Laura & Léa. Inspired by naturopathic principles, this intentional menu focuses on ingredients that support the nervous system, featuring key nutrients such as magnesium, tryptophan, B vitamins, and zinc, alongside soothing botanicals to promote deep rest and renewal. Additionally, seasonal produce that supports liver health will be highlighted, as these ingredients naturally emerge in the spring to assist with detoxification. Proposed dishes are inspired by the return of greenery, featuring vibrant, wholesome courses designed to bring an explosion of flavor to every bite. Our menu will be very provided shortly.

Meet our team:

For Krystina, yoga is a practice of presence. Her teaching is rooted in the intention to guide students back to the present moment through breath, mindful movement, and awareness. With nearly a decade of experience, she offers thoughtfully designed classes grounded in tradition and ongoing study. Her classes invite you to slow down, breathe with intention, and cultivate clarity and steadiness — on and off the mat.

Laura explores food as culture through immersive dinners, visual storytelling, and collaborative projects. Working with vegetarian elements, she designs poetic experiences rooted in seasonality, craftsmanship, and the quiet rituals that connect us to each other.

Léa, the cheffe behind café Tere, combines her professional culinary background with her current naturopathic studies to create dishes focused on nurturing and fueling the body. Inspired by ancestral, Boréale & functional cuisines, she intentionally and artistically translates the transformations of nature into her cooking.
