Breathe in the adventurous energy of the Sagittarius Full Moon this June 12, as we return to the open air at Mont Royal for an evening of movement, exploration, and nature’s teachings.

🌿 7:15 – 8:15 PM: Power Flow with Marianne
🌱 8:15 – 9:30 PM: Nature’s Greatest Pharmacy with Roy

Marianne is an authentic and playful yoga teacher who brings a sense of joy, freedom, and soulful exploration to every space she holds. She invites students to connect to their truth through embodied expression. Her classes are alive with curiosity, presence, and permission - to feel, to move, and to be fully, unapologetically you.
On the Full Moon in Sagittarius - her own lunar placement and the celebration of her 30th revolution around the Sun - Marianne will lead a fun, liberating Power Flow designed to stretch into expansion, honouring our wild spirits and untamed dreams. Expect a vibrant practice that celebrates movement as medicine, truth as liberation, and life lived to the fullest.
Roy will guide a hands-on session weaving plant identification, herbal transformation, and holistic healing. This workshop will cover:
– recognizing plant properties and turning them into medicine
– understanding food, supplements, and psychedelics as healing agents
– exploring entourage and synergistic effects to gain a holistic approach
– connecting our inner technology to Earth’s systems
The session will close with a tasting and demonstration of plants and/or mushrooms, offering a sensory experience of Earth’s intelligence.
